returns/refunds
To initiate a Return/Refund:
You must contact us via our connect page or by our email at TheFarmhouse@FarmhouseExpressions.com to initiate a return/refund within 30 days of receipt of your order (please put "return request" as the subject). Items must be in NEW, UNUSED condition, with tags and original packaging to be eligible for a return/refund. We will reply with instructions on how and where to return your item and the photos we will need. Items sent to us without first requesting a return, will not be accepted.
Non-returnable items:
Please note that certain items are NOT returnable. ANY item that has been personalized, is not returnable. Sale or clearance items are not returnable.
Refunds:
Once we have received the item back, we will inspect it to make sure it can be resold. If so, we will then issue a refund for the original purchase price of the item, including sales tax, to your original payment method.
Exchanges:
We prefer to handle exchanges on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us as outlined above and put "exchange requested" as the subject.
